As a Registered Nurse in our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care. You will be expected to maintain professional working relationships with all team members, contribute to the team's continual development, and provide nursing assistance to the Medical Team during procedures and investigations.
Key Duties- Act in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and the principles of Professional Practice.

- Provide nursing assistance to the Medical Team during procedures and investigations.
- Undertake nursing assessments of patients, including risk assessments, and devise plans of care based on these assessments.
- Ensure planned nursing care is delivered safely and effectively, taking into account the views of patients and their relatives.
- Advise on health promotion and the prevention of illness.
- Ensure plans of care for patients are written and updated as appropriate.

Person Specification- Registered Nurse (General)
- ENB 998/371 or equivalent
- Evidence of further continued professional development
- First Line Management Course
- Specialist requirements
- Experience of teaching students, HCA's and qualified staff
- Experience of working as part of a team and on own initiative
- Previous experience as a shift/team leader
- Able to use computer
- Able to work internal rotation to nights
