Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service, promoting and recommending shoe care products, managing stock, analysing sales performance data, and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet all company standards.
  • Lead by example in promoting and recommending complementary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge.
  • Manage stock effectively, ensuring optimal levels of inventory.
  • Analyse and interpret sales performance data and reports, making recommendations for ways to improve sales performance based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administrative tasks.
  • Deliver all key performance indicators (KPIs), meeting all company standards and expectations.
  • Recruit and train the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a guaranteed salary of £29,000 + performance-related bonuses. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a great opportunity for career growth and development within our company.
