Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Specialist to join our client's main dealer site in the Newbury area. As a Warranty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for controlling all warranty claims within the service department, ensuring that all paperwork is completed to both group and manufacturer standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual with strong warranty administration experience to work closely with advisors and management in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as good knowledge of the 1link and/or Kerridge system.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working as a main dealer Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator, with a solid understanding of warranty administration processes. They will also possess superb communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to effectively manage warranty claims and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 + bonus OTE £32,000, based on a Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm working pattern. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
