About the Role

Zest is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HSEQ department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the HSEQ Manager in advising operational and support service teams on health and safety matters.
  • Support the implementation of the Zest HSEQ Management System, including policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and contractors.
  • Monitor and measure health and safety performance, and communicate results through scheduled meetings.
  • Provide support for management of change, including internal audit, impact assessment, and awareness training delivery.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • ~2 years health and safety, environmental, and/or quality experience in a similar industry.
  • IEMA/NEBOSH Environmental Awareness / Equivalent.
  • Incident Investigation Training.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Other H&S training (SSSTS, SMSTS, NRSWA, etc).
