Job Description

The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist will work closely with other departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, promote high standards of professional practice, and contribute to the development of our pharmacy services. The successful candidate will have good clinical skills and managerial abilities, with experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Promote high standards of professional practice, trust policies, and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver excellent patient care
  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively
  • Develop and implement education and training programs
Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • MPharm or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in a leadership role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
