">This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Lead, supporting the application and coaching of the FX way, driving improvements in our ChemPath service provision. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering our culture of Continuous Improvement across our hospitals, communities, and system.
">About You
">- You will possess a strong background in Operational Excellence, with experience in coordinating Operational Excellence Programmes and a Yellow Belt Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- You will have a Post Grad Masters degree, leadership qualification, and coaching/mentoring experience in a healthcare setting.
- You will be able to demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and have a working knowledge of 5S and other proven improvement strategies.
Salary and Benefits
">The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on their experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
