Change Management Specialist

As a Change Management Specialist at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering our culture of Continuous Improvement across our hospitals, communities, and system – Frimley Excellence. The successful candidate will have experience working and coordinating Operational Excellence Programmes, including Yellow Belt Lean/Six Sigma, and possess evidence on Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to support the application and coaching of the FX way to deliver improvements in our ChemPath service provision. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programmes, lead projects in change management, and apply continuous improvement methodologies.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,500 - £59,265 per annum, depending on experience. This includes access to a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
