Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized education plans and adapt learning materials to meet diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver personalized learning strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs in a school setting.
- A deep understanding of personalized learning approaches and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
