Job Summary:
An Office and Accounts Manager is needed for a Loss Assessor Service company based near Maidstone, Kent. The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping, Sage, and Microsoft 365. They should also possess excellent time management and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily reconciliation on all client accounts
  • General bookkeeping for all branches
  • Monitoring all aspects of credit control
  • Preparing monthly commissions due to sub-contractors
  • Answering phone enquiries
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Directors

Requirements:
  • Experience working within bookkeeping and with Sage
  • Good IT skills, including the Microsoft 365 package
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Good customer service skills

Working Hours and Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary estimated at around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
