We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic manufacturing company. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Coordinate with other teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to create quotations and proposals for customers
- Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Positive attitude, with a keen interest in sales and customer service
