We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our sales team in a dynamic manufacturing company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports. They will also process sales orders, coordinate with other teams, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to create quotations and proposals for customers
- Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
