  • Inventory and Supply Chain
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
    • Work with the Head Chef to determine food inventory needs and ordering
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards (advantageous)
  • Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and use initiative as required
