Agriculture and Rural Property Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary or Assistant to join our team in Ripon. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, including document preparation, client communication, and filing.

Job Description:
  1. Administrative Support: Assist fee earners with daily tasks, such as preparing correspondence and documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Client Relations: Develop strong relationships with clients, responding to queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Filing and Organization: Maintain organized files, ensure confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
