About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities and autism to identify their psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, to support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their mental health.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Requirements

  • Hold a recognized psychology degree and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism, including those with complex needs.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
