About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at TDS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tenancy deposit schemes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consider and mediate disputes through various communication channels, including telephone and virtual means.
  • Represent TDS at industry events, including presentations and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of new business streams in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation and conciliation services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in an adjudication role, preferably in a dispute resolution, complaints, or regulatory environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Business Teams, as well as the ability to learn new systems and processes as required.
