As Head of Bridging Finance, you will be responsible for writing bridging loans within our company's credit risk criteria, building and maintaining relationships with third-party providers, and ensuring the team meets training needs and personal development plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write bridging loans within the company's credit risk criteria

  • Strong understanding of risk appetite and decision-making using data
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with third-party providers
