Urban Development Specialist

The successful candidate will provide strategic planning advice on various projects, from single units to large housing developments. They will prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, conduct site appraisals and assessments, and liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in town planning, hold RTPI Chartered or be actively seeking to obtain this qualification, and possess strong communication and presentation skills.
