Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- European languages an advantage, but not required.
