About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our Procurement and Supply Chain Function, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Group Procurement and Supply Chain Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Function, including coordinating procurement activities and managing Group Agreements.
- Administer and issue Group Agreements for signature, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage the Group Sub-Contractor On-Boarding Process and Procedure, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Communicate and monitor Group Sub-Contractor Performance Measurement Process, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collate sub-contractor performance information into reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Address non-compliance positively with business pillars, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
- Administer Sub-Contractor Database and manage changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Guide stakeholders in Procurement and Supply Chain Process and Procedures, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Assist in organizing Meet the Buyer Events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
- Ensure adherence to United Living Group's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE&Q) standards, reporting any incidents or concerns.
- Proactively resolve challenges and issues, demonstrating a proactive and can-do attitude.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Work safely and adhere to HSE&Q standards, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
- Report unsafe acts to site management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.

Requirements:
