Job Title: Financial Controller


Location: Evesham


Salary: £50K - £60K (Dependant on Experience)


Job Description:


This role will be responsible for leading the Finance team and all Management Accounts. Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for finalising monthly management accounts, completion of P11Ds and supervision of payroll, micro year ends for management company, management of internal finance team, and facilities & contracts manager.


Key Responsibilities:



  2. Finalising monthly management accounts
  3. Completion of P11Ds and supervision of payroll
  4. Micro year ends for management company
  5. Management of internal finance team, and facilities & contracts manager
  6. Supervision of cash flow reporting
  7. Management of inter-company transactions and group transactions
  8. Supervise all other company reports and provide regular analysis and reporting
  9. Budget comparison and analysis

Requirements:



  • Knowledge and understanding of group accounting and best practice
  • Knowledge of RICS and CMP would be preferred
  • Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Strong systems experience, excellent user of Excel
  • Highly organised/able to work on own and use own initiative and supervise employees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Report writing skills
  • Good negotiator
  • A full clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • AAT qualified or relevant level CIMA or ACCA as a minimum
