UX Engineer for High-Performance Software

At the McLaren Group, our mission is to redefine the standards of high-performance sports. We're seeking a talented UX Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of world-class web applications.

We're looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer with a strong background in user experience design, agile methodologies, and technical leadership. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering next-generation user experiences for software applications in the racing, simulation, and analysis domains.

The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial experience delivering web applications using React/Redux frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript development, and collaborative engineering with Git. A strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and usability engineering principles is essential.

You'll work closely with Product Managers to design intuitive and cohesive user interfaces, leveraging reusable components and application integration. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the technical roadmap, estimate activity timescales, and provide regular progress reports.
