Software Development Engineer for High-Performance Motorsports

In the heart of motorsport, we are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team at Arrow McLaren. As part of our diverse and inclusive group, you will contribute to delivering high-quality tools and support to our trackside activities. With a focus on user-centric design, efficiency, and attention to detail, we strive to help our team achieve high performance on the track.

As a key member of our software team, you will be involved in all stages of the development cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment. You will work closely with fellow engineers and collaborate with various disciplines to ensure our tools meet their needs. With a flexible remote working policy, you will have the opportunity to work from our state-of-the-art campus in Woking, UK, or remotely.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for going racing and delivering performance through high-quality work. You should have trackside motorsport experience, equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment, or hold a BSc in Computer Science or relevant engineering degree. With 2+ years of commercial experience applying software engineering, you will bring strong theoretical understanding of fundamental concepts and high proficiency in at least one common programming language.
