Job Title: Resident Engagement Specialist

We have a vacancy for a Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at PSR Solutions in the Gloucester area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role:
This role involves facilitating the smooth running of projects by developing effective working relationships with clients, residents, and site staff. You will work closely with our Site Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement Company Policies and Procedures, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with client representatives, including housing departments, to enhance communication and reduce duplication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify high-risk/vulnerable residents, tailoring works accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, introducing themselves and explaining the scope of works.
  • Establish individual requirements through resident profiles and documented discussions.
  • Perform property condition surveys and appliance surveys, capturing photographs before works commence.
  • Manage plot files (paper and electronic) and liaise with site staff for efficient information flow.
  • Organize consultations with resident representatives and groups, facilitating open communication and feedback.
  • Coordinate appointments for surveys and works, ensuring timely communication with residents.
  • Handle complaints in accordance with our complaints procedure.
  • Distribute informative materials as requested.
  • Attend Project Management meetings as necessary.
  • Promote community initiatives and awareness, collaborating with our Community Investment Team.
  • Supply aftercare packs and provide instructions on new installations.
  • Maintain site Health & Safety standards, reporting any risks or near misses to the site manager.
  • Cultivate resident satisfaction through regular surveys, analyzing feedback to enhance our services.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require at least 1-year resident liaison experience within the construction/social housing sector, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work within guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) is essential.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
