Financial Planning and Cost Analysis Specialist Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Cost Analysis Specialist to join our team based at our Par (St Austell) Head Office in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000, plus a bonus of up to 15% of salary, £7,000 car allowance, and a relocation package.

About the Job

The main objective of this role is to provide high-quality financial support to the UK 'hub' senior team and overseas colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial guidance and advice to stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets
  • Identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or a Finance discipline
  • Experience in a similar role within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment
  • A strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • A full UK driving licence and ownership of your own vehicle
