Marketing and Fundraising Role at Green Light Trust

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Fundraising Officer to join our team at Green Light Trust, a leading environmental and wellbeing charity in Suffolk. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in raising the profile of our charity through a range of marketing and fundraising activities and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and progress fundraising opportunities to help us grow our income and impact
  • Develop fundraising campaigns and appeals, and work on engaging communications to build our supporter base and generate income
  • Record, monitor, and track our fundraising progress and evaluate the effectiveness of channels and campaigns
  • Ensure supporter data is accurate and managed according to regulations, permissions, and consent
  • Contribute to the content plan and create compelling, authentic content to be shared via all marketing channels
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts in line with campaigns and messaging
  • Undertake monthly reporting on all marketing and fundraising activities to evidence the effectiveness of campaigns and growth of our supporter base
  • Liaise with suppliers for brand, design, and campaign creation, and media contacts to raise our profile across the region
  • Update our CRM for fundraising pipeline and reporting, as well as ensuring marketing and media contacts are up to date and segmented
