The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client's finance team in Perthshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, management accounting, and transactional finance. With a strong team underneath, the role offers excellent oversight visibility and opportunities for personal development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Divisional Financial Controllers and deputising as required
• Training, development, and performance management of part-qualified accountants and transactional finance staff
• Involvement in high-profile projects, including systems and process improvement
• Ensuring a robust month-end and year-end close
• Assisting with annual audit preparation and management accounting
• Supporting taxation and VAT returns

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
• Qualified Accountant (part-qualified or fully qualified) with experience in financial accounting and management accounting
• Exposure to people management or supervisory roles, ideally in transactional finance and month-end responsibilities
