Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Membership Advisor to join our team at Guildford Harbour Hotel. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary of up to £26,500 depending on experience. In this position, you will assist the Spa Manager in managing our spa membership database, driving sales, and engaging with new and existing members through various interactions and events. As a key member of our team, you will need to be organised, have a strong sales background, and be able to work effectively with our Club Manager and Supervisory team to cover Duty Management shifts and cover the main HarSpa reception desk.
