We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager – Pharmacy to join our team at Circle Health Group.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our pharmacy department and play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Services Manager – Pharmacy, you will be responsible for the management and daily running of the pharmacy department, ensuring the safe and effective provision of medicines to patients, staff, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the pharmacy department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Provide clinical direction and leadership for pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and quality of care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize pharmacy services.
- Registered pharmacist or pharmacy technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Knowledge of General Pharmaceutical Council Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics and Performance.
- Experience in a hospital or acute setting (desirable).
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop teams.
