Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager – Pharmacy to join our team at Circle Health Group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medicines to patients, staff, and customers.
- Provide clinical direction and leadership to pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve medicine management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Circle Health Group's values and objectives.
- Registered pharmacist or pharmacy technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Proven experience in a hospital or acute setting, with a strong understanding of medicine management and clinical governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
