Materials Analyst Job Description

Butler Ross is seeking a skilled Materials Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring optimal material availability for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of material availability for internal and external customers
  • Maintain data accuracy in SAP Item Master and update Bill of Materials for manufacturing and servicing needs
  • Execute SAP Production Orders to align with manufacturing plans and address material shortages
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators using tools like PowerBi or SAP
  • Create and manage a reporting system for timely and accurate data delivery across the business
  • Lead the MRP process to ensure timely purchase orders
  • Support process improvement initiatives and provide SAP guidance, becoming an expert in the system
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated industry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
