About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our team at Texture™. As a key member of our e-commerce solutions team, you will be responsible for managing development projects, coordinating with creative and tech teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality Shopify-based e-commerce solutions to our luxury clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of Shopify projects, coordinating with designers, tech partners, and clients to deliver results on time.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that every project meets the high standards of our luxury clients.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional communication and ensuring their experience with us is always enhanced.
  • Business Analysis: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, document requirements, and develop actionable project plans.
  • Technical Know-How: Possess a solid understanding of Shopify (including Liquid), e-commerce tools, and GitHub, with experience working closely with tech teams.
  • Agile Project Management: Organize and prioritize tasks using Kanban, manage backlogs, and strategize workflows to keep the team on track.
  • Feature Planning: Assist in the ideation and planning of new features, ensuring they align with client goals and our high standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years in project management or business analysis, ideally within a digital or e-commerce agency setting, with Shopify experience being essential.
  • Tech Understanding: Familiarity with Shopify's ecosystem, Liquid, APIs, and GitHub is crucial, even if you're not hands-on with the code.
  • Tools & Organisation: Strong experience with tools like Trello, Jira, Confluence, and Excel/Google Sheets, with comfort handling project management tools and organizing data.
  • Luxury & Design Appreciation: A strong eye for luxury branding and an understanding of how design and user experience come together in high-end e-commerce experiences.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to inspire, upsell, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision is a must – our clients expect the best, and so do we.
