Shannon White Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Coffee Equipment Specialist to join our team.

This exciting role involves traveling to various locations to repair and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring top-notch performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and maintenance tasks, including fault finding and diagnosis.
  • Work proactively with our central call centre to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Comply with all on-site arrival procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including on-line job sheets and time sheets.

Requirements:

  • Confident individual with a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an electrical mechanical background.
  • Computer literate with a clean driving licence.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.
