Hilton is seeking a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our Europe Revenue Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, market share, and profits for multiple hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with hotel teams to develop and implement revenue management strategies, ensuring optimal pricing and inventory management.
  • With a diverse portfolio, you will have the opportunity to work across different markets, hotels, and countries, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • As a Revenue Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy of your portfolio, helping to deliver Hilton's mission to be the preeminent global hospitality company.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in commercial revenue management, with a strong understanding of revenue management processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and introduce change effectively.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to travel occasionally, with a flexible approach to work.
