About the OpportunityAs a key member of our Europe Revenue Management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for our portfolio of hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe.
With a diverse range of hotels and markets to work with, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in revenue management, while contributing to the commercial success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise revenue, market share, and profits for multiple hotels through strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures.
- Work across different markets, hotels, and countries to deliver Hilton's mission to be the preeminent global hospitality company.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial revenue management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving market share.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to articulate and introduce change effectively.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and empower others.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong numeracy and analytical skills.
