Sustainability Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Project Coordinator to join our Energy & Sustainability Team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Waste Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of waste and other sustainability initiatives, identifying and delivering projects to reduce waste and improve segregation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring waste services and undertaking waste audits
  • Ensuring legislative compliance as part of a team across MFT's sites
  • Supporting waste management across the Trust, requiring you to work from various Trust sites

Requirements

  • Good general education, including training to graduate, professional level or equivalent
  • Experience of working within an estates or facilities environment
  • Organised, methodical, and professional approach to work
