">We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. As a key member, you will work independently with children aged birth to four years, managing their caseloads and delivering tailored therapy plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in promoting motor skills, self-care, and sensory development.

">This role is ideal for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who has at least two years of post-graduate experience working with children with physical, neurodevelopmental, and genetic needs. You will have experience across various settings, including homes, clinics, nurseries, and schools, or the confidence to work in these environments with minimal guidance.

- Independently manage a caseload of children, primarily aged birth to four years, with complex needs.">
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy plans focusing on motor skills, self-care, and sensory development.">
- Work in a range of environments, including home visits, clinics, nurseries, and schools, tailoring therapy to meet individual needs.">
- Build strong relationships with families to facilitate positive therapy outcomes.">
- Utilize problem-solving skills and engage in regular supervision to grow professionally while managing your caseload from day one.">
Work Environment
">You will be based in Littleport, Lakenheath, or Brandon, traveling to locations such as Ely, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, and Cambridge. Additional travel may be required by agreement, allowing you to expand your expertise and network.

Requirements

">The estimated annual salary for this role is £42,200 (based on the lower end of the salary range). In addition to your salary, you can expect to receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days of annual leave, 10 days of contractual sick pay, and employer pension contributions.
