Delivery Excellence Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to lead our delivery teams in prison education and drive excellence in quality standards.
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Location: Remote-based with regular visits to prisons in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and the North-East Midlands.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for promoting and reviewing quality standards across multiple sites, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing interventions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Recent and relevant quality and leadership experience in a similar type of role
- Passion and commitment to delivering high-quality services
- QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) and continuous professional development
- Analytical and report writing skills, attention to detail, and experience working with external inspection bodies such as Ofsted and Matrix
