We are recruiting an Applications Product Specialist to join our team, covering the North East of England and Scotland on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide technical and scientific support to customers remotely and at customer sites for Tissue Diagnostics portfolio of instruments and reagents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations of instruments for demonstration and new purchases at customer sites, including initial validation prior to use.
  • Provide support for our latest portfolio of cellular pathology instruments, including primary staining platform (HE 600) and digital pathology solutions (DP 200).

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of modern NHS laboratory practices.
  • Desire to improve and shape patient treatments and pathways through advances in Histology.
  • Qualification to degree level in Biomedical Science.
  • Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting and taking ownership and pride in work.
  • Customer-focused and capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to plan and manage own field work schedule and extensive travel arrangements autonomously.

Qualifications:

  • BSc Biomedical Science or equivalent (other relevant Healthcare Science Degree).
  • >3 Years Laboratory Experience.
