About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our Business Service Centre in Caerphilly, where you will play a key role in delivering a world-class accounting service to our UK Finance team.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general accounting and reporting activities, including creating monthly reports, processing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and analysing and resolving non-reconcilable items.

You will work closely with other members of the BSC, including the Purchase to Pay and Credit & Collection teams, and will be required to support other accountants within the team from time to time.

About You

• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
• Experience of management/financial accounting and reporting
• Experience preparing monthly reports and analysis
• Meticulous attention to detail, producing high-quality work, while working to tight deadlines
• Able to work independently, communicate well, and adapt your approach to various problems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

Location: Caerphilly - we operate on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 at home
