International Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Centre People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in charge of the German market and ultimately taking on market responsibility together.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German, English, and Japanese is essential, with experience in digital/gaming/entertainment industries being an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales calls to Retailers and Distributors
- Marketing activities including sales analysis, ad planning, and sales forecasting
- Acquiring licensing agreements with hardware and software makers
- Translating product information, instructions, and business-related documents
- Researching patent-related information within the game industry
- Managing bank accounts and petty cash
- Troubleshooting problems and handling complaints
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of office work experience, preferably in sales
- Totally fluent level German, Fluent English, and Japanese (ideally JLPT N2 or higher)
- Strong communication skills and flexible attitude
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
