About the Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you will have the opportunity to build a successful estate agency business in the area you know best.

You will be supported by Nested's comprehensive marketing resources, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising. Our marketing professionals will provide guidance and support to ensure your success.

This is a unique opportunity to build a thriving estate agency business, leveraging Nested's brand, products, and services. You will have the freedom to work in a way that suits you, while being part of a values-driven organization with ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, including marketing tactics and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of agents or work independently to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Nested's marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the estate agency industry, with a proven track record of business growth and success.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute a local business growth strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze business performance.
