The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting the council's corporate and site-specific systems, procedures, and programmes, ensuring a quality customer experience and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include working as a lifeguard, assisting on reception, in the gym, and throughout the leisure centre, as well as delivering and supporting various programmes and initiatives.

The salary for this role is £18,500 - £20,500 per annum, depending on experience. A satisfactory DBS check is required prior to appointment.
