About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our safeguarding teams in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and safeguarding children and families, working closely with social workers and other professionals to deliver high-quality social care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise social workers in complex cases
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Contribute to the development of social work expertise within the trust
