Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Role Officer to join our team at ABM UK. As a Dual Role Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest cleaning standards within the Centre, delivering a clean and safe environment for all visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient recycling and waste management is carried out.
- Carry out daily inspections of site, service roads/areas and public access areas back of house.
- Ensure all Health & Safety checks are carried out as requested by Facilities Manager & Centre Manager.
- Communicate and deliver Health and Safety practices, and regulations to company/centre specifications.
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras, including viewing and downloading recorded footage.
- Deal with individuals who act in an anti-social manner, escorting them from the Centre/site if necessary.
- Respond to emergency situations, liaising with emergency services to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
- Ensure all contractors have a valid permit to work before commencing any works.
- Perform reception duties, including answering telephone calls and logging visitors in and out.
- Test fire alarm systems and deal with alarm activations.
- Deal with spillages or litter within the mall and common areas.
Person Specification:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (training will be provided for the right candidate).
