About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our 90-bed Nursing and Residential Care Home in Braintree, St Mary's Court. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a professional and experienced staff team to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, business governance, and operational policies and procedures
  • Manage home profit and loss within a set budget
  • Promote marketing ideas to enhance the reputation of the home
Requirements
  • Proven track record in successful CQC good-rated care home management
  • Qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Level 5)
  • Compassionate and assertive leadership style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead large staffing teams
