Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a commercial environment, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a willingness to continue learning and developing their skills. A typical working week will be 40 hours, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave and bank holidays.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Central London Building Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including checking and testing equipment, reporting any faults or issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future problems. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless building operations.
