Forest School Program Director

RIBBONS AND REEVES is looking for an experienced Forest School Program Director to lead our outdoor education initiatives in Camden, North London. In this role, you will oversee the planning and delivery of high-quality outdoor learning programs for children aged 2-7.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned outdoor learning programs that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Lead a team of educators in delivering engaging and effective outdoor education sessions.
  • Manage outdoor resources and equipment to ensure safe and effective use.
  • Conduct risk assessments to guarantee a secure learning environment.

Estimated Annual Salary: £31,500, dependent on experience.
