About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide professional leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain systems to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of our childcare practices, ensuring that we meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Communication and Relationships: Maintain effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers, building strong relationships and ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.
  • Operational Management: Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring that all aspects of the business are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Development: Assist in agreeing and reviewing individual targets with staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to develop and grow in their roles.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required, ensuring that the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently.
