Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Architecture & Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with clients in the Architecture and Design sectors, identifying and engaging top talent, and leveraging our brand and resources to grow your own client base.

Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Architecture and Design sectors.
- Identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry.
- Leverage our brand and resources to grow your own client base and build your own little recruitment business within our one.
- Work closely with our founder and other experienced recruiters to drive success across the team.
- Proven recruitment experience within the Architecture or Design industry.
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.
- A genuine interest in the Architecture and Design sectors.
- Comfortable with a flexible working environment and the freedom to manage your own time and workload.
- Up to 35 days annual leave (starting at 25, excluding bank holidays).
