Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gist Enfield. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle goods from intake through to dispatch, adhering to our health and safety culture.
  • Load and unload vehicles, scanning and picking products while working with our modern electronic voice equipment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a warehouse team in a chilled environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.89, with additional £1.81 per hour between 18:00 - 06:00.
  • Enhanced rates for weekends and overtime.
